LIMITED FUNDING AVAILABLE: Applications for the Homeowner Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program (HRRP) will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and homeowners are strongly encouraged to complete their applications as soon as possible. An application will be considered complete only once all required information and documentation have been submitted and reviewed for accuracy. Once all available funding has been allocated, no additional projects will be considered for funding, regardless of their current application phase.
